It is good to know a bit more about your port operating constraints.  

It is useful to know about the constraints within which your port operates. 
Will the size of the vessels and their type of cargo dictate any particular restrictions within the port? Does the geography of the port play a crucial role in navigational constraints and the movement of ships to and from the berth to the seaward boarding point? How accurate does your positioning need to be?
