Our R&D teams are neck-deep working on the next version of the HarbourPilot which will be version 5.
The HarbourPilot v5 will be an advancement of our flagship product- the HarbourPilot. It will feature technological advancements in design, performance, communication, and usability.
This version will have L1/L2 mGNSS position receiver with variable antenna separation (auto MSEP) for quicker set-up and data acquisition. It can receive corrections via SBAS, RTK via radio / UHF or GSM / NTRIP. It will be capable of (optionally) receiving Atlas corrections. We’ve developed a number of prototypes along the way to try and develop the most ergonomic design and extend the run-time (up to 15 hours).
Incorporating feedback from the field, in-house tests and valuable customer inputs, we are working on developing this new version which should be available for purchase towards the end of this year.
